Kevin Hood Show Horses

Kevin Hood Show Horses is located on 170 rolling acres in the central, native area of the Flint Hills in Kansas. Established in 1980, we know the definition of hard work and success with our winning record of training and producing over 35 World and Reserve World Champions in 3 different breeds, 40 APHA Championships, 300 Halter and Western Pleasure futurities, and over 100 superior event horses. We are here to dedicate ourselves to the the Paint and Quarter horse along with assisting you in achieving your goals and dreams.

We offer a full training facility with a 15 stall heated, show barn, 150' x 75' indoor arena with mare motel, a 200' x 350' outdoor arena with several running pipe paddocks and pasture along with a covered 6- horse hot walker.

Our breeding program has some of the industries top Halter and Performance stallions to offer mare owners. With over 25 year experience along with working and managing some of the industries 'top paint foundation' stallions in the 1980's and recent years, our program includes shipment of cooled semen across the United States, foaling out mares, mare care, and artificial insemination to get your mare check back in foal!
